We just finish with our Lelong @ Street-IT last week. Our next lelong session will be held by end of next month which is during the exam week. Don't forget the date.

Further, one of our crew will be involve with his book launching at Pesta Buku Antarabangsa KL. His book 111 Cara Mudah Berjimat Cermat will be launch on 26 March 2010, Friday 3PM, at Ruang legar PWTC. He will be at the author session on 27 March 2010, Saturday 5pm, at TrueWealth booth. Untuk pengetahuan semua, Encik Abdul Halim (Abg Halim) bukan lagi staf di Street-IT berkuatkuasa dari 01/11/2008. Segala urusan yang membabitkan beliau dengan pelanggan secara terus bukan urusan dan tanggungan syarikat kami. Selain itu kami juga telah mengimplimentkan satu sistem baru kepada pelanggan untuk mengelakkan penipuan dan salah paham.

1. Bila anda menghantar laptop atau barang yg perlu dibaiki, sila berurusan dengan staf baru kami Kak Ita yang akan merekod segala permasalahan anda.

2. Satu tag bertanda Street-IT akan diberikan sebagai bukti penghantaran. Sila gunakan tag yang sama ketika mengambil barang anda.

3. Jika terdapat masalah lain selepas penghantaran, sila nyatakan tarikh penghantaran kepada Kak Ita untuk kami pastikan validity waranty.

4. Waranty untuk services adalah 2 hari dari tarikh barang diambil. Jika anda menghantar untuk format, anda boleh datang untuk waranty dalam 2 hari pertama. Waranty untuk hardware yang dibeli adalah bergantung kepada tag yang dilekatkan di hardware berkenaan.

5. Service standard untuk satu service adalah maximum

* 1- 3 hari bagi masalah kecil cth format, simple virus cleaning. (Kategori A).

* 3- 7 hari bagi masalah yg besar cth hardware failure, major virus cleaning (Kategori B).

* 7 - 14 hari bagi masalah menukar hardware dan internel (Kategori C)
